Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your 48ph account. This includes keeping your login credentials confidential and ensuring that your account is not accessed by any other person.

• Do not share your password, OTP, or account details with anyone — including 48ph support staff. Legitimate support will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 48ph account and update it regularly.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 48ph support immediately.
• 48ph will send OTP codes to your registered mobile number for account actions. Never share these codes with anyone.

48ph is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, including sharing credentials or leaving your account logged in on a shared device.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 48ph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion involved. The platform supports Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets as payment channels.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, subject to verification and applicable processing times.
• You may only withdraw funds to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of the transaction.

• 48ph does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific bonus or promotional offer. Offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Abuse of bonus or promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

• Network or infrastructure issues outside 48ph's control
• Force majeure events

48ph is not liable for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime or interruptions that are beyond our reasonable control. Where a game or bet session is disrupted by a platform-side technical fault, 48ph will assess and resolve the affected session on a case-by-case basis.

Account Suspension and Termination

48ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account at any time if we have reason to believe that:

• The account holder is under 21 years of age
• The account is involved in multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of platform errors

In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, 48ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 48ph shall not be liable for:
